Pilates is excellent for its ability to make you strong from the centre. It works the true core in combination with different planes of movement working on balance and co ordination in combination with strength. Pilates is low impact and works well one on one in areas of rehabilitation or working toward a specific sports minded goal. Pilates is also a complementary therapy to other forms of treatments and we are more than happy to work with other health practitioners in order to help you accomplish your goal.
